Is authentic Chinese food healthy? -- It depends.

Some of them are not healthy like Shangdong cuisine is generally salty. Some Sichuan cuisine uses lots of oil and is very spicy.
But they are very tasty, I personally like them very much. It's Endorphins, it likes ice cream. We know that's not healthy, but those dishes were created to make humans happy.
Some authentic Chinese foods are super healthy and clean. like Guangdong cuisine, the key to Guangdong cuisine is fresh, super fresh. It doesn't even accept any frozen ingredients.
The cooking theory is to keep the original flavor of the ingredients, boiled cook almost everything.
